Below Deck Captain Lee Rosbach shares how he stays ripped at 74
Captain Lee Rosbach’s ripped physique at age 74 is the result of hard work and dedication.
“I go to the gym almost every day. Almost every day, I watch my diet,” he tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast while promoting his new Oxygen series, “Deadly Waters with Captain Lee.”
“I try to eat properly,” he continues, though the hunky “Below Deck” alum admits he has “weak spots” for certain foods that he’ll deviate from his typical diet.
Rosbach notes that his No. 1 cheat treat is wife Mary Anne’s chocolate pie.
“Mary Anne makes the best chocolate pie I’ve ever had in my life. And she makes the filling with real [chocolate]. She starts out with a real chocolate bar. She makes everything from scratch and it is the best in the world, ever,” he shares.
“I [would rather] not eat all day than not be able to have that piece of chocolate pie.”
While Rosbach isn’t afraid to give in to his sweet tooth, he hardly misses a day of working out.
The reality star tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that he strategically targets certain muscle groups on different days throughout the week.
“I have different days that I work different body parts. I have chest day, chest and arms. I’ll work a certain part of my arms,” he explains.

While Rosbach isn’t afraid to give in to his sweet tooth, he hardly misses a day of working out.
“It might be chest and triceps because those two work and play off of each other. On back day, I’ll do back and biceps.”
Rosbach never neglects his lower body — even if he isn’t a fan of leg day.
“Hell no, I don’t like it,” he says with a laugh. “I don’t know anybody that does!”
